Are you afraid to hope again because…
I want to talk with you about Hope. Among its opposites are despondency, hopelessness, and despair.
During the past almost 7 years, as a collective the AffordAssist team has taken many calls and met with buyers. That in itself is such an honour. We have heard of how people have tried, tried and tried and in some cases lost hope and money (from others’ false promises) in their efforts to buy property and build generational wealth for their family.
While others, thought they had done everything right, got their education, good job …but, life has dealt them a tough circumstance.
Now, the big dreams are gone. Questions and fear instead set-in, …are goals really possible?
I suspect, the collective sum experiences may unfortunately weigh heavy and replace hope with its opposites; fear. And safe over a dream. …because we as people do not want be let down again. It would just hurt too much.
It breaks my heart to hear of so many people struggling to get into their own home and build generational wealth for their family. AffordAssist pathway as good as it is can only extend and be here for a client when they are ready to ‘hope’ again.
From our experiences hope is connected to home ownership and generational wealth.
