The property vendor defer receipt of typically 10%* (may vary) of the purchase price over a 5-year term, without the vendor receiving any interest. In a way, AffordAssist has started a new industry phrase… Deferred Deposit Property Sale.

Offer to Buy with AffordAssist, Tips for Purchasers:

1. Intending Purchasers apply to AffordAssist for a “Deferred Deposit Agreement” (DDA). Purchasers pay the deposit balance typically over 60 monthly payments, without interest.
2. Please confirm your eligibility – Approved PDF with AffordAssist before booking an inspection or any decision.
3. You may call the listing agent directly for the property details and to arrange inspection.
4. After inspecting the property, please call AffordAssist to help prepare an Offer to Purchase with AffordAssist. Each buyer’s circumstance is private and different.
5. A service fee is applicable and payable to AffordAssist by the purchaser on these listings.
